Ray Compari has an extensive background in corporate development and executive education within the Ray Compari - Director, Rutgers IMED higher education field. Ray has spent over 10 years in the community college sector combined with 10 years in the university sector, developing leading-edge training and development solutions for corporate clients. Ray has developed innovative organizational development and workforce training solutions to clients in industries including: healthcare, education, county/city/state government, gaming, manufacturing, service, banking, transportation, and technology.

Having been elected to numerous state and national committees on workforce development and training initiatives, Ray brings a broad perspective on how to effectively harness the resources of the Rutgers School of Business to create strategic partnerships with our business community.

Ray is responsible for the Rutgers IMED overall mission and administration. He works closely with the Dean of the School of Business to develop and deliver management and executive education opportunities for Rutgers clients locally, regionally, nationally and globally.
